Hours and Schedule

Half Day - 8:45 a.m. - 12:45 a.m.

8:45-9:00 - Drop Off (usually outside)

9:00 - Morning Welcome

9:15 - Snack

9:30 - Child Directed Open Play

10:00 - Outdoor Play

11:00 - 2nd Circle Time

11:15 - Art, Table Activities, Etc.

12:00 - Lunch

12:30 - Outdoor Play

12:30-12:45 - Half Day Pick Up

School Day - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

8:00 - Drop Off (usually outside)

9:00 - 12:45 - Same Schedule as half day

1:00 - Come in for Rest time

2:00 - non-resting students - quiet play

3:00 - Afternoon Snack

3:30 - Outside Play

4:00 pick Up

Full Day 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

7:30 - Drop off begins (usually inside Owls class)

8:00 - 4:00 - Same as School Day Schedule

4:30-5:00 - Finish outside play

5:30 - Pick Up (usually in TK classroom)

We require a $50 non-refundable application fee 

Upon confirmation of enrollment, there is a $100 per family (due annually).  New families are also required to put a 1/2 month tuition deposit per child, which will be applied to their first month's tuition.

Tuition is based on an eleven month payment schedule (August through June) divided into monthly payments that take into account for holidays and closure.

 Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. 

Summer Camp (July - Mid August)

Tuition is charged weekly and is due by Monday of each week scheduled to attend.

Posted Tuition rates are for cash, check, or Electric Fund Transfers (EFT) payments made through Brightwheel. Tuition rates for Debit/Credit/Venmo transactions include an additional transaction fee.

Extended Hours & Drop In Rates

Half and School families looking for a little more time (30-40 minutes) can add extended hours to their monthly tuition.  Half-day extended hours can only be added to drop-off time.  All half-day students must be picked up by 12:45 p.m.
